According to the French law of 01/06/78 (Loi "Informatique et Liberté" du 6 janvier 1978) on privacy, you have the right to access and ask for modification of any information pertaining to yourself.
1 - Intellectual property rights :
Because of its original design and technical architecture, the OOBOX softwares designed and developed by PYXSYS is protected by Intellectual Property Rights worldwide.
PYXSYS has the exclusive ownership of the copyright which includes moral and patrimonial rights and more generally intellectual property rights attached to OOBOX softwares.
The OOBOX softwares is protected in France by the Intellectual Property Code and by international copyright agreements in foreign countries.
PYXSYS only grants the right to download, install and use the OOBOX softwares. PYXSYS does not in any event transfer the property rights it holds over the software. You become owner of the support on which you install OOBOX softwares but in no event do you become the owner of the software which remains the exclusive property of PYXSYS.
The software and its documentation are original works protected by the law of March 11, 1957 on litterary and artistic property, modified by the law of July 3, 1985.
Therefore the user promises expressly :
Not to reproduce the software or its documentation, except when carrying out a backup copy of it in accordance with the provisions of the article of July 3, 1985.
Not to modify, decompile, adapt, correct or integrate it to another software. Counterfeiting of software is liable to civil and penal sanctions.
2 - Guarantee :
PYXSYS guarantees that, under good conditions of use, the software is able to carry out in a substantial way the operations described in the on line help of the software.
PYXSYS cannot guarantee that the software will be able to meet the particular needs of the user. It is up to him to determine, under his own responsibility, if the functionalities are able to meet his particular needs.
Subject to the legal guarantee which could be due to the user, PYXSYS declines any responsibility as regards the use of the software and more particularly in the event of damage of any nature undergone by the user or thirds and resulting directly or indirectly from its use, in particular the loss of data or any financial loss resulting from its use or impossibility of using it, and this even if the author was warned of the possibility of such damage. In any event, the responsibility of PYXSYS will not exceed the amount paid for the acquisition of the licence.
3 - Various provisions :
The user does not have the right to transfer the rights and obligations rising from this contract which is regulated by the provisions of the French law.
4 - Distribution of unregistered version.
Provided that you distribute the unregistered version of OOBOX softwares correctly, you have the right to make as many copies of the non registered version of the software and to give exact reproductions of this version to whomever you wish; to distribute unmodified copies electronically. This is completely free.
It is completely forbidden to invoice these copies, to ask a financial compensation, to distribute the software and/or its documentation with other products (commercial or not) without prior written authorizations from PYXSYS.
