LICENSE EVALUATION GRANT.
· PYXSYS grants you a non-exclusive license to test OOBOX News Headlines, distributed as try before you buy, and any associated documentation.
· Anyone may use this software during a test period of 40 days. Following this test period of 40 days or less, if you wish to continue to use OOBOX News Headlines, you MUST register.
· The evaluation license does not include any technical support or maintenance services.
CONDITIONS OF DISTRIBUTION AT EVALUATION VERSION
The OOBOX News Headlines unregistered evaluation version may be distributed freely in its original, unmodified format.
You are free to include the OOBOX News Headlines installation files on CD-ROMs or any other media together with other software providing that you do NOT charge the end-users for the evaluation software, and provided that you send a request to partners@oobox.net describing when and how you intend to distribute the software.

LICENSE GRANT.
After reception and registration of your keycode in the software OOBOX News Headlines,
PYXSYS hereby grants you a limited, personal, non transferable, non sublicensable license to use OOBOX News Headlines.
One licensed copy of OOBOX News Headlines may be installed on computers used by one single person only.
You may copy OOBOX News Headlines for archival purposes only.
The registered version may NOT be distributed to other people than the license owner.
The license grant only to the registered versions of OOBOX NEWS HEADLINES gives access to the support by Email and to the free updates of the software.
RESTRICTIONS
You MAY NOT :
(a) use the Shareware after the evaluation period of 40 days; (b) reverse compile, modify, translate, or disassemble the SOFTWARE
(c) remove any product identification, copyright notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from this Software;
(d) copy the documentation accompanying the software
DISCLAIMER OF WARRENTY
· PYXSYS guarantees that, under good conditions of use, the software is able to carry out in a substantial way the operations described in the on line help of the software.
· PYXSYS does not warrant that the software is error free.
· PYXSYS cannot guarantee that the software will be able to meet the particular needs of the user. It is up to him to determine, under his own responsibility, if the functionalities are able to meet his particular needs.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Because of its original design and technical architecture, the OOBOX News Headlines software designed and developed by PYXSYS is protected by Intellectual Property Rights worldwide. PYXSYS has the exclusive ownership of the copyright which includes moral and patrimonial rights and more generally intellectual property rights attached to OOBOX News Headlines software. The OOBOX News Headlines software is protected in France by the Intellectual Property Code and by international copyright agreements in foreign countries. PYXSYS only grants the right to download, install and use the OOBOX News Headlines software. PYXSYS does not in any event transfer the property rights it holds over the software. You become owner of the support on which you install OOBOX News Headlines software but in no event do you become the owner of the software which remains the exclusive property of PYXSYS. The software and its documentation are original works protected by the law of March 11, 1957 on litterary and artistic property, modified by the law of July 3, 1985.
Therefore the user promises expressly :
. Not to reproduce the software or its documentation, except when carrying out a backup copy of it in accordance with the provisions of the article of July 3, 1985.
· Not to modify, decompile, adapt, correct or integrate it to another software.
Counterfeiting of software is liable to civil and penal sanctions.
OOBOX NEWS HEADLINES distributes information supplied by third parties publishers with links and references gathered automatically.
· PYXSYS not assume that News extracts are error-free.
· PYXSYS should not assume the aptness and any more generally the contents of News Extracts, nor the usage which is made by user of OOBOX NEWS HEADLINES. As a consequence, user of OOBOX NEWS HEADLINES assume all risk on use of News extract, and to proceed to any check under its exclusive responsibility.
. PYXSYS loosens all responsibility concerning decisions of all kinds which could be taken on the basis of the News extract by OOBOX NEWS HEADLINES.
· PYXSYS would not know how to be declared responsible for a some difficulty of transmission or, any more generally, for any disturbance of the network.
OOBOX NEWS HEADLINES user recognizes that PYXSYS satisfied the totality of his obligations of advice and information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PYXSYS declines any responsibility as regards the use of the software and more particularly in the event of damage of any nature undergone by the user or thirds and resulting directly or indirectly from its use, in particular the loss of data or any financial loss resulting from its use or impossibility of using it, and this even if the author was warned of the possibility of such damage. In any event, the responsibility of PYXSYS will not exceed the amount paid for the acquisition of the licence.
TERMINATION
This Agreement, including all of your rights to use OOBOX News Headlines, will terminate automatically and immediately if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
On termination you must destroy all copies of OOBOX News Headlines
